Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) to support night-time deployment cycles.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and alerting systems during the night shift to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure on AWS, focusing on security patches and optimization.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot complex production issues that arise during off-hours.
- Lead on-call rotations and incident response for critical system failures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
- Expert knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Valid experience working in night shift or 24/7 support environments.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
