Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel.
- Conduct regular security checks and surveillance of buildings, parking lots, and perimeter areas.
- Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Louisiana Driver’s License preferred.
- Previous security experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
