Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure 100% compliance.
- Operate machinery and forklifts safely during night operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet safety standards.
- Document quality control data and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or quality control is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, specifically the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
