Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of inbound and outbound merchandise to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Document and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Valid Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
