Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person night shift team, ensuring safety protocols and production targets are met
- Coordinate workflow across manufacturing departments to optimize output and minimize downtime
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Train and mentor staff on new procedures and machinery operation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and process improvements
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare daily production reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance background
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associates degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
