Responsibilities
- Operate advanced CNC machinery and precision assembly equipment
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and automated systems
- Follow detailed production schedules and maintain workflow efficiency
- Document production metrics and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ISO 9001 procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong attention to detail with visual inspection skills
- Basic math proficiency for measurement conversions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift availability
- Preferred: Forklift certification or CNC programming experience
