Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently during designated night shifts.
- Monitor production lines to ensure high-quality output and meet daily targets.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform routine quality control checks and document production data accurately.
- Clean work areas and maintain a tidy, organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the night shift team to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read technical instructions.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not required.
