Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the night shift team to ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor workflow, inventory levels, and equipment functionality to prevent downtime.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards during operations.
- Conduct shift handovers and provide clear briefings to incoming staff.
- Address operational issues immediately and escalate complex problems to management.
- Train new hires on standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld devices.
