Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all daily operations during the night shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor workflow processes and implement continuous improvement strategies to reduce downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate night shift staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Manage inventory levels and prepare accurate shift reports for the morning team.
- Resolve operational issues immediately to prevent delays in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
