Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize warehouse operations during night shift hours
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure operational continuity
- Utilize inventory management systems for real-time tracking
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Train night shift staff on equipment operation procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
- Respond to urgent operational escalations during off-hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or operations experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with WMS/ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
