Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily production workflows during the designated night shift hours.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and enforce strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate immediate stock replenishment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to troubleshoot overnight operational anomalies.
- Maintain accurate digital logs of equipment performance and shift productivity metrics.
- Lead the evening team, ensuring all staff adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a low-supervision environment.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
