Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations during overnight shifts
- Execute inventory management protocols with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Implement safety compliance procedures across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS and ERP systems
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership review
- Train night shift personnel on new equipment and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Proficiency in WMS and supply chain management software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Excellent communication skills for overnight team coordination
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with NYC logistics regulations
