Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily inventory levels with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain documentation.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in inventory software.
- Valid Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
