- Monitor and maintain equipment functionality, reporting maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols during overnight hours
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition and information sharing
- Optimize operational efficiency through data analysis and process improvement initiatives
- Lead emergency response procedures for nighttime operational incidents
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and inventory records
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Valid UK work authorization and ability to pass enhanced background check
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills for shift handovers and team coordination
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during unsupervised hours
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided if needed)
