Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate warehouse operations during night shift hours
- Execute inventory management and quality control protocols
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational continuity
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems
- Respond to urgent operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Valid forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management software
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
