Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate warehouse operations during overnight hours
- Execute inventory management and cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Process shipments and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent requests
- Maintain equipment calibration and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems a plus)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts
