Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain security systems across 24/7 operations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during overnight hours
- Conduct facility safety inspections and equipment diagnostics
- Manage incident documentation and communication protocols

- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in security or operations
- Valid Texas security license (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in surveillance systems and incident reporting
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
