Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate the daily activities of the night shift staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor daily production targets and adjust operational workflows to meet company goals and KPIs.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate seamlessly with day shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations and effective issue resolution.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts and optimize storage.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate key metrics to upper management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team motivation and safety culture.
- Mandatory availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard computer software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
