Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics workflows during the night shift.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead and mentor a team of night shift associates, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of freight, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Generate and maintain accurate shift reports, logs, and inventory records.
- Resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
