Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations on the night shift to ensure productivity targets are met and exceeded.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring high morale and engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift supervisors to ensure accurate stock management.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to address operational challenges and recognize excellence.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot operational issues during the night.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
