Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff during the night shift.
- Ensure all daily operational targets, including shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy, are met with precision.
- Monitor safety compliance strictly, conducting nightly safety audits and incident reporting.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to resolve operational bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
- Manage overtime allocation and schedule adjustments to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Utilize ERP systems to track inventory movements and generate accurate performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven track record of managing 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced distribution center.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a night-shift team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
