Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all night shift warehouse operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and morale.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for upper management.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover and continuity of operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Previous experience leading a night shift team is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid forklift and heavy machinery operation certification.
