Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily logistics activities and production targets during the night shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of 10+ warehouse associates and logistics staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, equipment performance, and workflow efficiency to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate closely with day-shift management to ensure seamless operational continuity and handovers.
- Address and resolve operational issues immediately to maintain high productivity standards.
- Prepare and review daily shift reports and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command respect.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
