Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of 20+ night shift warehouse associates, ensuring high performance and morale.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across the facility.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve labor disputes or performance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a 24/7 or shift-based environment.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
