Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure 100% productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, supervisors, and safety officers.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance at all times.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee the receiving and shipping processes to minimize errors.
- Coordinate with day-shift management to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory handovers.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.
- Conduct regular shift briefings and performance reviews to maintain high morale.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proven experience working successfully in a night shift environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
