Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the night shift operations for our Miami FL branch, ensuring all security protocols are strictly followed.
- Monitor security systems and CCTV feeds in real-time to identify and neutralize potential threats.
- Conduct regular site inspections and patrol rounds to ensure facility safety and compliance.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical night shift incidents.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a diverse team of night shift security officers.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and operational summaries for upper management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA License (Security Industry Authority) is required.
- Proven experience in security management, specifically within a night shift environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams across the United States.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure during emergencies.
- Proficiency with security management software and CCTV systems.
