Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the daily operations of our Philadelphia facility during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, accuracy, and speed in all logistics processes while leading a team of dedicated associates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations during the night shift to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff and logistics associates.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards (OSHA) to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift management for seamless handovers.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review nightly shift reports and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a 24/7 facility or night shift environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
