Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow during the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
