Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using powered equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, or Hand Truck).
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise to ensure proper distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management as directed by supervisors.
- Communicate effectively with shift leads regarding operational needs and safety concerns.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
