Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 production associates during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement quality control protocols and maintain ISO 9001 standards
- Coordinate machine setups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Investigate production discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Ensure OSHA compliance and foster a safety-first culture
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in production tracking software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and process issues
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Available to work flexible schedules including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
