Responsibilities
- Oversee daily night shift operations, ensuring all workflows meet production targets and quality standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Conduct nightly safety inspections and enforce strict OSHA compliance protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift management to resolve stock discrepancies.
- Lead emergency response procedures and resolve operational bottlenecks efficiently.
- Prepare daily performance reports and shift handovers.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, especially during high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and operational excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
