Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments during the night shift.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates to meet daily KPIs.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate with day-shift supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory software.
