Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate night shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless handovers of shipments and operational status.
- Process and prepare shipping documents, labels, and manifests accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Valid forklift certification and ability to pass a background check.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and adapt to changing schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS).
