Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight operations during overnight shifts
- Manage inventory control systems with real-time data accuracy
- Schedule and supervise warehouse staff during peak nocturnal hours
- Optimize logistics workflows using WMS and TMS software
- Resolve transportation disruptions with minimal operational impact
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols throughout the shift
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills across all shifts
- Comfortable with overnight schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field required
