Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, sort, and stage inventory with precision and speed during the night surge.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure shipping accuracy and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) without accommodation.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
