Responsibilities
- Oversee daily night shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met.
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock levels using our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Perform loading, unloading, sorting, and staging of freight and materials.
- Address operational issues in real-time and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
