Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to internal employees via phone and ticketing systems.

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security protocols during all operations.
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the IT Service Management (ITSM) database.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring tools (RMM) and ticketing software (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) consistently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
