Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff via Helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Network Monitoring: Monitor server performance and network traffic to ensure optimal uptime and security.
- System Maintenance: Perform scheduled patching, backups, and system updates during off-peak hours.
- Hardware Management: Deploy, configure, and manage end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Incident Resolution: Respond to and resolve critical incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Shift Requirement: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
