Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for end-users during evening hours.
- Monitor server health and network performance to prevent downtime.
- Resolve complex hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Assist with security patching and system updates.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure smooth handovers.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
