Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during night hours.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Respond to and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform scheduled system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor security alerts and escalate critical incidents to the on-call engineering team.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Proven ability to work effectively and autonomously during the night shift.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are highly preferred.
