Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight efficiently during the night shift.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards at all times.
- Verify shipment contents and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow and bottlenecks.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically fit and able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
