Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hiring event.Screen and interview applicants for Night Shift positions.Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process.Manage event materials, signage, and documentation.Collect and verify candidate information and documents.Provide exceptional customer service to all applicants.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.Previous experience in customer service, staffing, or event coordination is preferred.Must be available to work night shifts and weekends.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in basic computer operations.
