Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment throughout the night shift.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and document stock movements using handheld scanners.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies strictly.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to process shipments and orders.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hire.
