Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing tasks, including picking, packing, and scanning inventory with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying freight accuracy and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
