Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Process nightly financial reports and reconcile accounts accurately.
- Monitor hotel premises for security and safety compliance.
- Answer inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Perform nightly inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
