Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and test products according to strict quality standards and blueprints.
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment to prevent operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Document production data, including materials used and output metrics, accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to solve production challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts if required.
