Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed assembly machinery and production lines to ensure consistent output.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods with care using standard handling equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills for reading work orders and measuring materials.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Commitment to following standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
