Responsibilities
- Product Assembly: Assemble products according to blueprints and standard operating procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate standard manufacturing machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet strict quality standards before packaging.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S standards and OSHA regulations.
- Inventory Support: Assist in counting stock and organizing materials to ensure smooth production flow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
- Training Compliance: Participate in all required safety training and operational workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
- Experience: No prior experience needed. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Language: Basic English reading and comprehension skills are required to follow safety guidelines and instructions.
