Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures efficiently.
- Inspect equipment to ensure strict safety compliance and optimal operational performance.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to minimize machine downtime and increase output.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of all maintenance activities and inventory usage.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree in technical field is a plus but not required).
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or related fields.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Basic understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
