Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and commercial invoices.
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve logistical issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock discrepancies to the warehouse team.
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize routes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a warehouse environment.
